Air Handling Units

Tucked away in a loft? Located above a ceiling, or in a plant room or compartment somewhere? Out of sight, out of mind?
Most building operators aren’t even aware of ventilation systems within their buildings. But they make more of a difference than most people realise – especially if they aren’t working, are inefficient or break down due to lace of maintenance.
Wilsair can provide you with a bespoke service agreement, to run alongside that for your comfort cooling and heating systems.
Filter and drive belt replacement, checks of motors, dampers and actuators all need to be carried out at least annually; preferably every 6 months.
We can also provide upgrades to energy efficient motors and drives and if your equipment is at the end of its life, we can advise on full replacement or possibly refurbishment of existing plant.

Heat Recovery Ventilation

With changes in Building Regulations and the recognition of Energy Efficiency in recent years; Heat Recovery Ventilation units have become a mainstay in the building services industry.
Known as HRV or MVHR Units. Providing combined supply and extract functions; whilst utilising the heat from extract air to preheat incoming supply air, these units provide up to 95% more efficiency than standard ventilation.
These systems require a regular planned maintenance program in order to remain clean and efficient. Wilsair are experienced in the service and repair of all makes of heat recovery ventilation.
